Change plan, update your card, or cancel — including how the 7-day trial behaves.

The 7-day trial

  • Only Producer starts with a 7-day trial. Professional and Enterprise bill immediately, with no free trial. You can cancel Producer at any point during its trial before being charged.
  • Cancelling during the trial keeps access until the trial's final day.

Change plan or card

  • Open Pricing and choose the new plan — upgrades are prorated immediately, downgrades apply at the next renewal.
  • Payment methods are updated through the secure checkout portal; Audientis never stores your card details.

Invoices and refunds

  • Every invoice is emailed to your account address and available from the checkout portal.
  • If you were charged in error, submit a ticket with the invoice number and we will resolve it within one business day.
